At Native Gaming we understand that the User may need to take a break from gambling due to personal or financial circumstances. In that case, the User can request to be excluded from gambling for the time period specified (between 6 months and 5 years). The User can access this option by going to their Account Details and selecting the Limits Section where the Self-Exclusion feature is available.
Upon receipt of your exclusion request, Native Gaming will take the necessary measures to block the User's access from logging in and accessing the account for the time period selected.
A time out feature is also available in the Limits Section which is a temporary self-exclusion for the time period specified (between 24 hours and 2 months). With this feature, the User can login to their account but will be unable to play in any games. The option available with this feature is a withdrawal of funds in the account.
If the User reaches a point where they can no longer gamble safely even after having made use of periods of exclusion, Native Gaming can help by excluding the User for an indefinite period. In case of indefinite exclusion, Native Gaming will contact the User with a view to returning any remaining in the User's account.
